Most orders shipped within the continental United States will be processed within 3-6 business days and shipped by your choice of shipping method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order during sale or collection launch periods. Any shipping carrier estimated delivery dates do not apply to orders with pre-order or custom products.

All custom products with additional order items will ship together & can take up to 4-8 weeks for production. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. 

Orders with UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, or UPS 3 Day Select® must be placed before 12 PM PST to be shipped the same day. All of our shipping costs are set by our shipping carriers. Flowerfindlover is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by any of our shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather or storm delays.

International shipping costs are calculated by our shipping carriers based on the total order weight, package volume, order destination, and item retail prices. Any additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges will be calculated at checkout.

Unfortunately, on December 31, 2024 UPS SurePost® ended their agreement with the U.S. Postal Service® (USPS®), so we are no longer able to ship orders to P.O. boxes, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Free shipping only applies to domestic continental US orders over $51 excluding APO/FPO/DPO, AK, HI, PR, AS, or VI. Some restrictions may apply.
